Sounds cliche but be yourself! Try to brush up on your knowledge of current technical advancements e.g. AI and any press releases from EY about our technology (e.g the FInancial Times article about FSCA that came out a couple years ago would have been great to raise at that point)
Hi Norabel, thanks for your question! The Assessment centre is designed to allow you to showcase your skills and strengths, so the best thing I can suggest is to bring your authentic self along to the centre. It would also be a good idea to think about your individual skills and how you can best demonstrate these - this is not necessarily by being the key leader or loudest voice in your group.
When will we hear if we got through the next stage? like specifically after the online assesment
You should hear back within a couple of weeks, as the recruiter will be assessing your responses. :)
