Hey! I'm a new grad in the Tech Risk team, so I'm currently studying towards my ACA. EY have a really good study leave policy - you're given time out of work for college, studying, and your exam days, and get a lot of support from within the firm. Everyone knows that you're doing these exams and tries to support you as best they can - for example people won't email you when you're on study leave, so you can focus on revising.
