Hi our final interviews for graduates (and some summer internship roles) can vary between service lines. However our typical process is a short presentation and some strengths based and motivation questions. You will find out in advance of the interview what you will need to specifically expect for your role. However I would say in terms of preparation it's really key to think about all your achievements to date from part time jobs to sports clubs to academics. Really think about what sets you apart and where your strengths lie. Then think about the role in particular and why you think this aligns and research into why it is a place you see yourself in for your future career. And finally making sure you're well prepared but also relaxed, this is a chance for you to find out if you want to work with us at EY as well as the other way around! So we want to know what potential you have but also don't be afraid to ask questions too. Hope that helps.
