Your counsellor and buddy when you've joined can help provide guidance and the business area you've joined will also likely have a structured learning plan. Outside of this we have EY Badges which are across a wide range of topics within Business, Leadership and Technology. We also have collaborations with Udemy and Skills Soft which gives access to lots of learning! There are EY Networks within our DE&I communities and EY Sports teams in each of the offices.
