The work culture is so relaxed. It was not what I expected at all, and I think that has really helped me to thrive. I am learning so much and that' what I enjoy the most about my role.

I found EY's mentoring sessions incredibly helpful and informative. After accepting my internship offer for this summer, EY connected me with an employee in the office and department that I will be working with this summer so that I could get a better idea about what the internship would be like. During these mentoring sessions, I was able to ask so many questions about my upcoming internship while made me feel even more excited to work with EY this summer!

I agree with Lucy-Rose! I have really appreciated all the advice and support that my buddy has offered me over the course of our mentoring sessions and I definitely feel more prepared going into my summer internship this year.

I really enjoy EYs online learning system there are hundreds of online courses that you can take to invest in yourself or even courses on Mindfulness - my fav!!
