    What most attracted me to EY - the flexible working policy - being able to choose my hours and work from home - also the company's commitment to Diversity and Inclusion & finally the commitment to development for its employees.

    Hi Jasmine, for me it was the people! Everyone I met at EY throughout recruitment and the interviews was very friendly and I've found that while I was working here everyone is always willing to help! All my teams have been very inclusive and are always willing to help put the time in to improve your skills throughout!
