    Hi Julie! I would definitely say how people-focused the culture in EY is. I know you hear this a lot, but you definitely feel it once you start working: being able to work flexibly, the support and encouragement you get from your team from the get go which gives you the confidence to take on responsibilities on projects but also be supported whenever you have questions. I have found everyone in the office easy to talk to and ask for opportunities to get involved with. :)

    Hi Julie - I thought I would add to Shahla's response. I agree that the people you work with is a major part of the culture. Personally, since starting I have found it very easy to speak to my colleagues and ask them questions!
