What makes EY unique and what made you want to build a career there?

I would love to hear what you think makes EY unique as a place to build a career, and what made you want to join the firm yourself.

Hi Amelia, thank you for your question! That would be different to each person!

I've really enjoyed that there is lots to get involved with outside your day-to-day role e.g. sport societies, CSR initiatives, peer group and counselling family social events, etc.

In my opinion, what makes EY unique is:

    1. Early Responsibility: Even as a graduate, you’re given the chance to take on significant responsibilities. In my two years here, I’ve led calls with key client stakeholders, and the team culture encourages you to challenge yourself and grow professionally.
    2. Supportive Team Environment: I genuinely look forward to coming to work each day because of my supportive colleagues. There’s always someone willing to sit down and explain concepts, and the team is invested in your success and career development.
    3. Opportunities Beyond Your Role: Being part of various EY networks has helped me build a strong professional network and participate in exciting experiences - such as representing EY at the Lovelace Report launch in Parliament!
