What main strengths are looked for in a tech consultancy role?
I know strengths are very important in the recruitment process, but are there specific ones which are unique to tech consultancy? Apart from the general ones listed on the website. I am applying to the tech consultancy industrial placement 2024.

Thanks for the question and really pleased with your interest in pursuing a career in Tech Consulting.
From my perspective, the main strength to be successful in Tech Consulting would be adopting a structured mindset. The overall tech implementation can be quite intensive, so it's great to think and communicate in a structured way in order to respond to client requests.
A structured mindset can surely help a Tech Consultant understand what their core objective/role is in a project and what the overall delivery ambition for the project team is.
