I think EY is known as the People firm, which I genuinely think it is.
For me it was the people. I was also lucky enough to do work experience in Year 12 and the friendliness and welcome I was given, even from the receptionists on arrival, left a very positive feeling. EY also really allows time for individuals to grow and learn by having Learning Days pencilled in just for personal development - eg to do e-learnings in areas of your choice.
EY is a people firm and is very good to the employees
During my A-Level's, I had work experience at both EY and Deloitte. What stood out for me was EY's culture and the strive they have to better their people with their very inclusive working environment.
