There are a number of reasons I decided to join EY. I felt the recruitment process was much more focused on your core skills and abilities and how they would be useful as part of an engagement team, rather than how much I knew about the business (I'm sure there are 100s of statistics and facts people could learn and repeat). Everyone I spoke to was open and honest about their experiences and the environment in the office when I attended an offer holder event seemed really positive. They also offer a great route to acheiving the CA qualification, which allowed me to work and gain experience at the same time.
