Hi Amelia, I applied to EY because I really liked the people I met! Everyone is so friendly and I think the people you work with have a large impact on whether you enjoy your job or not! I also really enjoy the variety in my role and the fact that we work on such large clients!

I attended the Discover EY program and have also just accepted a summer analyst offer for 2021. The thing that stands out about EY the most to me is their people-focused environment. They really seem to invest in your career journey- for example, you have a buddy when you join on a graduate role and opportunities to develop specific skills. I think this contributes to a really positive 'sense of belonging' at the firm!

Hi Amelia, I applied to EY after hearing about the global nature of the business as well as the fact that it had a tax service line, an area which was of interest to me. The people culture at EY is one of the best things about working here, working with many different people with varied different experiences and types of knowledge really helps everyday to become a new learning experience.
