Hi. Our Mobility services help clients manage the complex compliance, reporting and risks inherent in deploying a globally mobile workforce. We place great importance on providing valuable tax planning advice in order to facilitate the most cost effective and efficient operations for our clients. We can help clients manage a mobile workforce by looking at their global tax affairs to include tax advice and compliance services, to providing global compensation services to ensure worldwide compensation, as well as managing our clients’ relocation processes to include immigration compliance.
Our Reward services help clients address the range of issues that are associated with reward strategies, talent programs and maintaining workforce effectiveness. We can help clients optimise these particular business areas by looking at the entire lifecycle of a mobile workforce from advice on recruitment (use of employees, contractors, etc.), to the provision of benefits to their employees, executive compensation, as well as advising them on all employee reward and employment tax compliance aspects in the UK and globally. We also combine providing advice to clients around tax efficiencies such as share schemes and salary sacrifice, with assistance in ensuring global compliance with the increasing tax and related regulation around the world.
Hope this helps!
