Harry G. asked a question to Hania I.
Hi Harry, in addition to attending college/studying for the ICAS qualification as part of the graduate programme, I have received support/training in several other areas. We took part in a 2-week induction into FD, as well as work shadowing for 2 weeks. Later in the year, we also took part in a week-long introduction to Strategy and Transactions training. There are lots of other voluntary virtual and in-person trainings which I have undertaken throughout my grad scheme to upskill myself and develop both soft/hard skills. In addition, everyone in the team is always willing to support and coach you on any new technical areas or knowledge you would like to brush up on. We also have regular coffee/lunch & learn sessions on different technical and sector-specific topics. Hope that helps!
