Hi Isabelle
Thank you very much for your question.
In my opinion, the best, and unique, parts about working at EY are:
1. The ability to take on increasing responsibility, even at a junior grade - I have been at EY for 2.5 years and during that time I have led calls with CEOs of global corporations, attended meetings at national airline headquarters and written tax analysis for billion pound global transactions. This is because the team allows you to constantly push yourself on a day-to-day basis, so that you can continue to improve and work towards your career goals
2. The team - every day I look forward to working as I have a very supportive team. I always know if I am struggling with a piece of work, as I don't have enough knowledge, there will be someone who will take the time to sit down with me and explain the concept. This is extremely important as it is the only way you can keep learning.
3. The networking opportunities - through being a part of various EY networks, including our Diversity and Inclusion networks, I have been able to create a very strong professional network, which has a myriad of benefits for my future.
I hope this all helps, but please do let me know if you have any further queries!
