And do we go to a college to study for the qualification or are the resources online?

Seconding this question, what are the arrangements for study in working hours? do they depend on your current project or are they in a fixed slot each week? Thanks in advance.

Also wondering the same... is college/study done in blocks (away from work), or do we juggle work and study simultaneously ??

Hello! When you start in your induction this is covered in more detail as it varies per team. You tend to have a block of time at college to study so it's separate to work

The study/college time is done in blocks spread out across your programme. Again it depends on the qualification your programme choses which study provider they use. In the past it's been at college so it may be central in London and so you will travel and stay here if this isn't your office or it may be done locally to your office. Some of the learning is done online and under the current guidance all learning has been online

Is study/work separated, or are we expected to work at the same time as studying?

Hi Thomas - thanks for your question. It's a bit of both - sometimes our apprentices and grads have blocked time for college where they are training so won't be at work and have their out of office on, and sometimes studying for exams needs to happen outside of normal working hours.
