Hi there! This will be a difficult question for us to answer as the EY representatives that are here today all come from the Early Careers team. The workload, and the nature of the work, can be very different across service lines. Within that, two employees within the same service line may have very different workloads due to working on different projects. Hard work and effort is expected at EY, however we also believe that there needs to be a healthy balance, and that our employees need to love what they do.
