Hi Steffano! EY operates a flexible working hours policy so you can work on your own terms, in the office or at home - it's entirely up-to-you! For Regional Offices the hours are 37.5 a week and for London-Based Offices, it is 35.

EY hold the same values across all its offices however there are differences. You tend to do a lot of work with other offices and you always have the opportunity to work from other locations - I worked from MLP (the London Office) yesterday and will be heading up to Manchester in 2 weeks

I am based in Birmingham :D
I may be biased haha but it is a great place to work
The team here is smaller than the one in London so we are all quite close, you have lots of opportunities to work closely with Partners, Directors and Senior Managers which you may not see as often in London Offices. We go out for lots of socials as well which are always fun!
The Office is in a very central location (if you know Birmingham, it is by Pigeon Park)

It is about a 5-6 minute walk from the main station (Birmingham New St), a 30 second walk from Snowhill Station and there is a Tram Stop by the front-door - so easily accessible by transport links

Hey - so as I am based in Canary Wharf, London my working hours are 35 hours a week. But they way you spread these out during the week can be how it suits you, of course depending on the project you're working on - but EY support a flexible working pattern! Also, from my experience I have been able to maintain a good balance as I am constantly supported by my team and counsellor to find this balance as well as always reviewing my plans for the week and tasks. Hope this was helpful
