What is the structure of the graduate scheme? Is it rotational?

The graduate scheme isn't rotational but you'll have the opportunity to work on multiple client projects throughout your time on the graduate programme. If you've chosen UKI this will be in all industries and if you've chosen FS this will be within all financial services.

I'll be in CF also (MLP) from what I've been told, the first year its the team we have been assigned and then 2 further teams of our choice!
