What is the retention rate for graduate intakes, I hear a lot of people leave before completing the scheme? Is this due to the hours/not getting on with managers/workload/salary?

Hello - thank you for your question. All of our graduates have a counselor who they work with on their performance throughout the programme. There's also the professional qualification that is key to remaining on the programme, but each graduate is given support to make sure they have a balanced and time to revise for exams. If someone chooses to leave before they complete the scheme, this is a personal circumstance for each individual, and it's up to the graduate to share their experiences with their manager and / or their counselor to make sure we can support you where possible.
