Thanks for your question! For our apprenticeships we have a 4 step application process - 1. Application form (all online, no CV needed!)
2. Online Assessments (a mix of numerical and situational questions, possibly some video response questions)
3. EY Experience Day - this is a half day virtual assessment centre with individual and group exercises
4. Final Interview - a virtual interview with a senior member of the Service Line you have applied for - the interview will be around your motivations for applying, a short presentation, and some simple competency based questions
You can find out more about our application process here - https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students/application-processhttps://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students/application-process
We also run application support bootcamps which you can find our more and sign up to attend here - https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students/events-and-contacts
What is the maximum age you have to be to apply for the apprenticeships ? can someone who is 19 apply?
There is no maximum age, I joined when I was 21
Malik is correct - no maximum age for applying. As long as you haven't attended university and you meet the minimum education requirements you can apply.
I retrained when I joined EY aged 28! The typical age is 18-23 on my programme.
Hi can you still apply if you have dropped out of university after the first year?
You sure can, I left uni after the first year. As long as you haven't completed a degree you are good
Thank you Malik
