Hi Maggie, once we receive your acceptance via electronic signature, you will be sent an email from us
confirming receipt. If there is any outstanding documentation, you will be contacted by the
Recruitment Services team.

EY works in partnership with a company called Sterling Talent Solutions, who is the industry leader
and subject matter expert in all areas of employment screening and risk mitigation. Sterling Talent
Solutions works with EY to complete the following pre-employment checks:


Proof of address

Right to work

Employment and academic references

Basic criminality check

A-level and degree verification

Once you are within 6 months of your proposed start date at EY, you will receive an email from
Sterling Talent Solutions including a user name and password to access your candidate portal.

You will then need to complete the online form as soon as possible so we can commence your pre-employment screening. Please be advised that Sterling Talent Solutions will also make outbound calls to you should this be required.
