Naturally, as a grad you will not be assigned a huge amount of individual responsibility at the beginning. Exact tasks will depend on the team. For example, in Transaction Diligence, you may start with simpler tasks which aid your understanding of the overall work progress, and may help in more ad hoc tasks across a project. As you get more experience, and work on more projects, you will naturally take on more responsibility and may start to take charge of larger parts of the client deliverable. However, you will mostly work alongside a more senior colleague for your first few projects at least.
