    Hi Vincent

The main thing we talk about here is team work

I assume you mean the ability to work with others? Skills transfer?

  • Anonymous

Integrity should be a given and technical knowledge you can learn on the job. Yes, teaming can be within your own team, with other sub-service lines

Benji mentioned training days, does EY actively support this?

  • Anonymous

Yes every department has their different training days. For instance after promotion you will have a training event to get you prepared. When I joined we had training days away from London which were great fun, and educational as well

Would EY support me if I decided to do a Masters?

  • Anonymous

Hi Gerwyn, no you would need to apply after your masters, we provide our own specific qualifications

Ah I didn't know that. How do I investigate this?

What sort of qualifications do you offer within consulting?

We offer the first level of CIMA

Thanks Helen, I'll look into that. Finally, in what way is performance measured and reviewed?

  • Anonymous

In ITRA they do ACA and in cyber security they do cyber-related qualifications, actuarial do chartered institute of actuaries. We have quarterly reviews, it's all feedback based and each person gets a 'counsellor' who is dedicated to their professional development
