Hi Aamna, I am currently a Tax Graduate in Direct Tax, but in general your first month would consist of meeting the team and the others joining with you. Depending on whether you are doing a professional qualification, you may go to college to start this qualification. Once you get into the office, you will be given online training to complete and then you will start receiving work from people in your immediate team - exciting times

My contract only mentioned the CTA as a qualification - are the other qualifications a given?

The qualification you are studying will be in your offer letter. You will be given more information on when your college dates for CTA will be, once you join
