The dress code is 'dress for your day' - right now I'm in cargos and a hoodie because I had a non client-faced day and was just with my team. You can come in a suit or you can dress more business casual. For me, if I am client-faced or have an event in the evening, I will come in a suit/business formal wear but when i am just with my team, jeans and a t-shirt is just fine! Hope that helps
That’s great Thankyou
Also to add to this, If you are going to Client site, you are strongly advised to wear formal attire, but as Sal said it is whatever you are comfortable with
Would you say people tend to go for a more casual approach on non client facing days? Or is it a personal choice and a mix. For example would you look out of place if you came in something a bit smarter like a shirt and chinos than just a t shirt and jeans?
In the office you will see some people in shirts and skirts, some people in jeans and tshirt
As it's "dress for your day", everyone's day is different
