The content of both qualifications are very similar, however, the structure in which these are taught ate different. For example, ICAS is taught over the first 2 years of the grad scheme, in blocks of college of a few months at a time, in which you do not work on project work simultaneously. Whereas, ICAEW/ACA goes on study leave for a shorter period of time (e.g., a few days) over a period of 3 years, so may have to balance work/studying more greatly.
