What is the deadline for international students to return to UK to apply for T2 visa.

I hold a T4 visa. Because of the coronavirus, I come back to China. I want to know what is the deadline for us to return to the UK to apply for T2 visa. In addition, I have exams in June. When I apply for the T2 visa, do I need to get all the grades for my courses?

Hi Yue. It is exactly 3 months from your start date but we would advise that you check online for the government guidance on these matters. Things may be subject to change with the current pandemic.

When ey is issuing the cos, do we have to be in uk in the same time or we can back to uk after we receive cos?

Hi Yue - can you explain to me what the cos is? When you receive the confirmation of the VISA you are usually expected to remain in the UK until you're due to start on the graduate scheme. We appreciate that this year has been different due to the COVID-19 guidelines so we expect all students who require VISAs to be back in the UK 3 months before they are due to to start the graduate scheme.

I will have several assessments in June and will be extremely busy during that time. Is it okay to get back to the UK after finishing all my exams in mid June?
