Hello, thank you for your question!
We have consulted with the Bristol department and they have shared that the company culture does not necessarily differ by region. However by being in a smaller office you will gain the added benefits of a strong sense of community as you will get to know the broader EY team based there, as well as easier access to leadership, and by extension the opportunity for growth.
The company culture regardless of office is supportive and team-focused, so by being in a smaller office, you will reap the benefits of this!
Hi, I sit within the FS tax team in Bristol and I can confirm what Charlotte has said previously. Our team is smaller when compared to those in London for example but it does mean that we have a stronger relationship as a group. With a wide range of experience (grads to partners) there are people of all levels who are there to help you, whether it be a work matter or general advice. I have found that the company culture remains like this across all offices but I would definitely say it feels slightly stronger in a smaller team. If there's anything else you would like to know about the Bristol office I'd be happy to help.
