What is the culture at EY like?

How much responsibility are new graduates given? If you need advice for a task, how easy or accessible is it to ask a superior?

Hi Grace, one of the best things i find about EY is the culture! Everyone is very friendly and have genuine care about others. For new graduates you are slowly given responsibility once you start feeling more comfortable you will start getting more responsibility, but you will never be left alone - there will always be other members of your team there to help. All senior staff are more than willing to provide advice/help and help your development journey.

Hi Sidd, thank you for your response. It is great to hear about such an inclusive culture. I know you have said the culture is something you like about EY, but is there anything else you would say makes EY stand out against the competition?

Hey Grace, i would definitely say the culture as well as values which shine through different aspects of EY, from client engagement to the quality of the work.
