So you'll start off as an 'associate' for the first two years of the business apprenticeship. Afterwards, progressing to a part-qualified senior, then senior once you've completed all your exams.

Your roles and responsibilities will gradually change through the course of your time at EY, giving you the opportunity to take on more responsibility and roles within your engagement teams. After you've acheived your professional qualification, there's no end to the number of opportunities available to you. You may decide to progress through to an assistant manager or move to another department internally.
