Hi, there is no best way to approach the apprenticeship programme after a gap year - the advice is still the same: pick a role and location and know why you want to apply for that role. You can talk about your experiences during your gap year in your final interview :) Hi the assessment centre is composed of two parts: 1. group assessment, 2. written assessment. The final interview is with a senior person in that team
