in-person, via the internal system, MS teams meetings
Thank you!
Most people are happy to give you feedback after you've completed client work - the EY business is built on people development, so feedback is a part of everyday life for us all and something we're all expected to do (even Partners!)
Can I directly say the sentence like 'Can you give me some advice about my work?' or 'how do you think about my work'? Will these be impolite?
Use the word feedback as this is the terminology we use. I'd suggest setting up a quick meeting or Teams call at the end of an engagement and asking them what you think they did well on or how you think they could improve.
