Hi Nethma! That's a great question, and one I've actually thought about quite recently so I do have an answer ready for you fortunately. I would most definitely advice a younger me making a start on the grad scheme to be more comfortable asking questions! Be it questions specific to my service line or even general ones about life at EY - everyone at EY fosters an environment which promotes asking questions and doing so definitely expedites your learning process and also helps you increase your network, both of which are very important especially at the start of your career!
