The first best thing that comes to mind is the variety of tasks and projects you can get involved in - you will never be bored and no two days are similar! You get to use the skills and knowledge you gain from your qualification training straight away at the job and make contributions :)
Also specifically in PAS Tax - where I am based - I really like my team, everyone is ready to help and support and have you involved
