What is a typical first week (and slightly beyond) like at EY?

I just wondered what a typical first week (and slightly beyond) are like for a graduate. What can I expect and is there anything you'd suggest as preparation?

    Depending on what service line you applied to, your first week will usually involve general Graduate onboarding training and service line specific training!

    Are there any sort of graduate off-site team building event at any point? Or is that team specific too?

    This will be service line and team specific! However, there will usually be opportunities for in person training/socials.

    Thanks Alexandra. I'm aware of some companies having a week off site and stay somewhere and do team building activities. I suppose that's not a general company wide thing if any

    This was more common pre covid from what I have heard, and I don't know any teams that have done that recently. However, they could potentially introduce that again at some point!
