So I am not from that bit of the business but what I see they help the tax business with is financial analysis and modelling. Are we hitting our financial targets, if not what is going wrong and how can we do things differently. They measure profitability and revenue on clients, look at our hourly rates and suggest ways of us working differently to change outcomes
