If you request to move across to a different office or service line, we will arrange a motivational interview for you - this will be with a Partner or Senior Manager in the team you are requesting to move across to. The interview will be 30 minutes and will be assessing your motivation for your chosen office or service line - so we'd encourage you to do your research accordingly and show your motivation throughout.
