Hi Jia! I think the best piece of advice is that you should expect to know very little about what you are expected to do in your day-to-day role, and know that this is normal and expected by managers. You won't be expected to know what to do without coaching from someone more senior than yourself, and always ask as many questions as you need. Hope this helps!
