Hi John, when there are train strikes, you may be able to work from home as long as you speak with your manager and let them know that you will be able to come in. Within my teams, this has been the case for a few people and they have worked from home instead.

Hello Hamzah, within EY, a lot of support is provided for employees who don't have the best work-from-home set up which includes a desk, a chair, mouse, keyboard etc. Due to the hybrid working structure, it is important that everyone can work from home comfortably.
