What if my background check is not completed after my start date?

    Hi Daisy, this should be completed before. You cannot start until this has been done but you will hear from Sterling if there are any issues. There will be a backlog due to our SIPs starting this week

    If we have not heard back from Sterling should we assume that all of our documents are okay (I submitted mine in April)

    Is there a way we can check if our check has been completed? I'm not sure if my check has completed successfully.
