There is no one recipe to being a successful candidate. Asking many questions & being proactive are certainly good traits to demonstrate, as is being open & transparent if you are struggling with any tasks.I also think trying to understand the purpose of any work that you do is important - not just the steps you need to do to complete the task! Otherwise, I think some excellent points have been made on other questions raised during the session, so feel free to take a look there too.
Hi Vani, perhaps hard to say there is one thing that all successful interns do, but I would definitely say that bringing your authentic self to work will set you up for success! After all you've done the hard work getting the internship so now it's time to demonstrate those strengths you've shown through the interview process. Essentially I've seen people who have tried to put on a persona for an internship and it doesn't work out so well! So just be yourself, be confident in your ability and you'll do great :)
Thank you so much Alex and Ben!
