What happens if we dont get our visa in time for our start date?
And are we allowed sufficient time to relocate if we are coming from another country? How flexible is the start date?

Your immigration case worker will reach out to you to ensure this is in place ahead of your start date, so don't worry about that. We're not able to say when the visa will be ready as this depends on the home office application process however again your case worker will be able to provide you with more details

In terms of the start date this is very much set as you will be completely a core induction and a service-line specific induction, so you will need to make sure that you are within a commutable distance from the office
