I am predicted a first class for year 2 of my degree, i will start the placement in September. What happens if i dont get that grade?
Hello. Thanks for your question. Your EY offer is conditional on you obtaining the grades that you predicted on your EY application form, and on providing evidence of these achieved qualifications. If you have not met or exceeded your predicted grades there is a risk that your offer may be withdrawn. If you do not meet your predicted grades, we will re-evaluate the outcome with your test results from the recruitment process to determine if you are still eligible for your offer of employment. I hope this answers your question.
Surely that is a bit harsh seeing as we have passed such a gruelling and intensive application process, that would prove we are the right person for the role?
In this case, would EY find a replacement to replace us?
Thanks for your question. It is reviewed on a case by case basis - you probably don't need to worry unless the grade drops significantly. I would recommend that you try your best to achieve the grade that you have submitted on your application. I hope this helps.
