Our counsellors (managers who support our performance) meet about 3 times a year with the other counsellors of your peers to review your performance against them. You are in control of how often you meet with your counsellor (I started about once every month and have dropped it down a bit less frequent now with ad-hoc meetings when I feel I need them) and in those calls you would speak about what you have been working on and how you are progressing along the apprenticeship. I can't speak for the other apprenticeships, but if you are on a digital apprenticeship you will also have check ins with your university tutor and your counsellor will be invited to those too. The aim is to always improve 😃
