Hi Maryam, as Claire mentioned, we advise that you prepare by working on your commercial awareness and researching the organisation & the industry that you're applying to - make sure you know what's going on in the current climate - and fully understand the role. Be able to talk about why you want to work for EY, what you're passionate about but also why you are an ideal candidate to join the firm.
