It's quite a broad term, but what it really boils down to is trying to make the organisation better, through improvement schemes, risk assessments, technology changes, structural shifts or other ways. You'd be part of a project delivery team helping our clients improve their day-to-day processes, culture, or other area of the business. It can be anything from a behavioural shift to the implementation of a new technology. Alongside the apprenticeship, it means you will get a chance to utilise some of the skills you learn on the course to the projects you are working on.
