We look for a wide range of values and soft skills in addition to strong academic abilities. During the recruitment process we will test for these skills during different assessments. For example, we will look at your communication and team building skills during the group exercise, and analytical skills during the EY One Assessments.

Thank you very much! Also, I noticed that the EyOne assessment is a newly revised assessment by EY include video responses? I know that previously it was just a numerical test, followed by a SJT.

Yes, the new EY One assessment does include video interview questions.
