Diversity to me means, having access to work with a wide range of people, from varying backgrounds and experiences and using these experiences to assist in any work we complete. In a general sense, I think it is the ability to turn upto work as yourself and be accepted just as you are without any prejudice. EY being a diverse and global firm has definitely helped me to develop as a rounded person and I am grateful for being able to work with such a wide range of people on a daily basis.
