On your first day at EY, above anything you'll receive your login to access your laptop and EY Account. From there, I had a full day of induction to the business. The induction for myself provided us with a mix of live virtual plenary sessions, small breakouts, 1:1 calls as well as important information about the program, qualification and the Service Line. My second day was an induction to my relevant office and I had the chance to meet fellow new joiners on my Service Line.
The student recruitment team revise the structure and events of the induction based heavily on new joiners feedback, so if you were to join us your induction may look slightly different to what mine was!
